This tour is designed to cater to the true motorcycle enthusiast! Including 2 nights at each of the following locations: Suches, GA, home of T.W.O. (Two Wheels only), Birmingham, AL, home of 29 Dreams and the Barber motorcycle museum, followed by the ever popular Deals Gap (aka “The Tail of the Dragon”).

We call this tour the Enthusiast Dream. It includes 7 days and 6 nights of the most motorcycle friendly destinations we can find.
We’ll spend two nights at each of the following:

1st up: We depart Greenville, SC at 8:00am and head to Suches, GA and T.W.O. (Two Wheels Only), named for the motorcycle resort and campground that has become synonymous with the town of Suches, Ga. The number one attraction is the fabulous motorcycling roads and surrounding beauty. The roads are truly magnificent with what we call the three lane twisty design... Two lanes going up the mountain, one lane downhill. But the food, great service, and great people you’ll meet there are equally worth the trip. Next, we’ll pack up and take a “back road” route to Birmingham, AL. and stay at another unique jewel, 29Dreams Motorcycle Resort.

The folks at 29Dreams are really great and know what motorcyclists need, and how to provide it. The cabins are unique, the food is great and drinks are available at the bar/clubhouse located on the grounds. This is a private club and membership is included in the price of the tour.

|
|
Also within a few miles is the Barber Motor Sports Park and Museum. This is a must see attraction for any motorcycle enthusiast. Admission is included in the price of the tour.
Many great area roads will keep you busy after your tour of the museum.

|
Next, we’ll head out for a full day of riding mostly back roads, on our way to the motorcycle Mecca of the south, Deals Gap, located at the North Carolina-Tennessee boarder in the magnificent Smoky Mountains.

|
We’ll stay in the sleepy town of Robbinsville, NC and spend the days riding world famous roads, such as the Dragon and the Cherohala Skyway. More information on these and other area roads and attractions, check out www.thetailofthedragon.com.

And remember you can always strike out on your own, or stay with the group. If there is a special attraction of interest to you, feel free to go your own way on any part of the tour. It’s all about freedom... We’re just here as tour “guides”. Just remember to meet up with us for dinner, as we are not responsible for missed meals.

The return trip to Greenville will include some spectacular sections of the Blue Ridge Parkway, as well as several hidden treasures and stops along the way at places of interest.
|
|
|
As with all Double Yellow Motorcycle Tours, breakfast, dinner, and overnight accommodations (until we return to Greenville) are included in the cost of the tour.
|
|
|
